“True innovation is born from listening to and understanding the needs of others.”
It is with this belief that LA COMMERCIALE SRL wishes to express its sincere thanks to the Projects, Research and Innovation team of ASL CN2, and in particular to Giuliana Chiesa, for inviting us to take part in the Talenti Latenti project.
Talenti Latenti is an initiative that promotes the experimentation of a shared welfare model, involving various companies and organizations across the local area. The project aims to build a network of public and private enterprises with the goal of developing welfare initiatives that benefit not only employees, but the wider community as well.
This value-driven vision offers participating companies the opportunity to develop collaborations and partnerships, creating new benefits for their employees and for the community at large. We are proud to be part of this network and to contribute to the growth of a project that actively promotes collective well-being.
On the afternoon of November 14, together with the other local organizations involved in the project—including ASL CN2 Alba Bra, Programma Emaus, Itaca, MobilitySquare, Social Coop, Sebaste, Dimar S.p.A., Confartigianato, Acli, Stampatello, Brovind Vibratori S.p.A., Sistemi Tre S.r.l., Alba Center Conad, CNA, Confindustria, Rolfo, NUTKAO, Cooperativa Sociale Alice, ACA, and AIDP—we met at ASL CN2 Alba-Bra to review the results achieved by the network and to outline the shared goals we will pursue in the future.
The inclusion of new companies in the network is essential to expanding the opportunities offered by the project, fostering collaboration that strengthens the socio-economic fabric of the territory.
As more businesses become involved, new opportunities emerge to improve citizens’ quality of life by increasing access to welfare services and initiatives that support everyone—from employees to families.
We look forward to seeing even more companies join the network and work together to build a future of shared well-being.
